1. Service Description

Tier1 VoIP Routes ("we," "us," or "our") provides wholesale voice termination services, including SIP trunking and VoIP routing for business-to-business customers. Our services are designed exclusively for legitimate conversational traffic originated by authorized call centers, BPOs, and enterprise communications platforms.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

By using our services, you agree to the following:

  • You will only send legitimate, manual conversational traffic or compliant IVR/AI voice agent traffic.
  • You will not use our routes for automated predictive dialing, high-CPS blasts, "Press-1" robocalls, or any form of illegal telemarketing.
  • You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR), and all FCC regulations.
  • You will not spoof caller IDs or misrepresent the origin of calls in violation of the Truth in Caller ID Act.

3. Traffic Monitoring

We reserve the right to monitor all traffic for compliance with this Acceptable Use Policy. We use automated systems to track Answer-Seizure Ratio (ASR), Average Call Duration (ACD), and calls-per-second (CPS) patterns. We may suspend or terminate service immediately and without prior notice if we detect traffic patterns consistent with illegal or non-compliant usage.

4. Client Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content and legality of all calls originated through our network. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tier1 VoIP Routes from any claims, damages, fines, or penalties arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to TCPA violations, FCC enforcement actions, and third-party complaints.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, network outages, or force majeure events.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tier1 VoIP Routes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities, arising from the use of our services.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these terms will immediately cease.
